AZB, SAM, Davis Polk, Latham on Saudi Arabia's PIF investment of Rs. 11,367 crores in Jio Platforms
New Delhi, June 19, 2020: Jio Platforms has raised Rs 11,367 crore by selling 2.32% to Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF). PIF is the tenth investor picking up a stake in Jio and this is the eleventh deal in 56 days. Jio has raised a total of Rs. 1,15,693.95 Crore over the past two months.
