Argus Partners and PDS Legal act on sale of Kotak's stake in Prolifics Corp to Sysquest
New Delhi, November 17, 2020: The Argus Partners has advised all three Kotak entities - Kotak India Growth Fund II, Kotak India Private Equity Fund and Kotak Investment Advisors Limited, recently sold their entire stake in Prolifics Corporation to Sysquest Private Limited, a company incorporated in Hyderabad.
According to reports, The Argus team was led by Partner Vinod Joseph along with Associates Protiti Basu and Anurag Prasad.
Sysquest was advised by PDS Legal. The PDS team was led by Director Nidhi Arora along with Senior Associate Nitin Sharma and Associate Binny Chopra.
