Hyderabad, September 07, 2020: The VERTICES Partners, Vector Legal and in-house legal team of Auxilla Pharmaceuticals acted on Shilpa Medicare acquisition of Pharma Companies.

According toreports that M/s Shilpa Medicare Ltd, an active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and formulations developer, has acquired FTF Pharma Pvt. Ltd and also acquired 40% stake in Auxilla Pharmaceuticals and Research LLP.

That VERTICES Partners represented Shilpa Medicare Limited with a team led by Managing Partner Vinayak Burman along with Associate Partner Vivek Jham, Senior Associate Vishal Vora and Associate Sushmita Ravi. Vector Legal represented FTF Pharma and the team was led by Partner Anshuman Mohapatra along with Associate Arushi Bindal. Auxilla Pharmaceuticals and Research LLP was represented by its in-house legal team.
